Edibles are CBD oil that can be eaten. For instance, you can ingest them through your everyday meals. Apart from adding them into your meals, there are edibles such as gummies and lollipops. These edibles do not have psychoactive effects, unlike THC edibles. 

Apart from adding them to your meals, you can buy CBD- infused foods. Just be sure of your dosage. The effects take between 2-4 hours to kick in, so be careful not to overindulge.
