Delivery is available only to addresses within Seattle city limits.

This includes areas such as Ballard, Beacon Hill, Belltown, Capitol Hill, Central District, Columbia City, Downtown Seattle, Fremont, Georgetown, Green Lake, Greenwood, Lake City, Magnolia, Northgate, Queen Anne, Rainier Beach, Rainier Valley, South Lake Union, University District, Wallingford, West Seattle, and other neighborhoods located within the City of Seattle.

The Seattle city-limits requirement is the controlling delivery rule.
